LeadTaskJournalAction

What happened to the task — the meaning of a LEAD_TASK / LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE record. The task payload alone cannot tell you this: one task appears on the timeline several times, once per action.

  • CREATED — the task was created (ActionType.CREATE_TASK)
  • COMPLETED — the task was closed (TASK_COMPLETED); the outcome is in task.status (SUCCESS/FAILED), who closed it in task.closedBy
  • RESULT_ADDED — a closing note was added (TASK_RESULT_ADDED); the text is in task.closedText
  • TEXT_CHANGED — the task text was edited (TASK_TEXT_CHANGED); old and new values are in the record's event.previous / event.current
  • DELETED — the task was deleted (DELETE_TASK); the payload is that deleted task
  • OVERDUE — the task is still OPEN and its deadline has passed. This one has no event behind it and arrives as dataType = LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE
