LeadEventJournalDTO

One record of a lead's history. Which payload fields are present is chosen by dataType; the others are omitted entirely (not sent as null).

  • LEAD_EVENT / CONTACT_EVENT — event
  • LEAD_TASK — task + taskAction + event (who performed the action, and for a text change the old/new value)
  • LEAD_NOTE — note
  • LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE — task + taskAction

A single task shows up several times on the timeline — once per action — and its task payload always carries the task's current state.

dataTypeLeadEventDataType

Type discriminator for one LeadEventJournalDTO record — determines which payload fields are filled and doubles as a component of LeadEventOrderField's tie-breaker.

  • LEAD_EVENT — a change on the lead itself; fills event
  • CONTACT_EVENT — a change on one of the lead's contacts; fills event
  • LEAD_TASK — an action on one of the lead's tasks (created, completed, result added, text changed, deleted); fills task, taskAction and event. Its eventId is the event's ID, not the task's
  • LEAD_NOTE — a note written on the lead; fills note
  • LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE — an open task whose deadline has passed; fills task and taskAction. There is no event behind it, so it carries no event and its eventId is the task's ID

Possible values: [LEAD_EVENT, CONTACT_EVENT, LEAD_TASK, LEAD_NOTE, LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE]

Example: LEAD_EVENT
eventIdint64

ID of the underlying record: the event ID for LEAD_EVENT / CONTACT_EVENT / LEAD_TASK (for LEAD_TASK this is not the task ID — that is in task.id), the note ID for LEAD_NOTE, the task ID for LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE. Not unique across data types.

Example: 918233
timestampint64

Where this record sits on the time axis, epoch seconds.

  • LEAD_EVENT / CONTACT_EVENT — when the event happened
  • LEAD_NOTE — when the note was written
  • LEAD_TASK — when the action was performed on the task
  • LEAD_TASK_OVERDUE — when the task's deadline passed (deadlineFinishTimestamp)
Example: 1735689600
event object

Present when dataType is LEAD_EVENT, CONTACT_EVENT or LEAD_TASK. On a LEAD_TASK record it carries who performed the action and when, and for a text change the old/new value in previous / current.

eventIdint64

Example: 918233
leadIdint64nullable
